Pokolbin Estate is a residential offering set within the Hunter Valley wine region. The brand needed to balance two seemingly opposing ideas: a sense of timeless heritage rooted in place, and a contemporary architectural vision designed for modern living.The identity centres around a sweeping graphic device inspired by the rhythm of vineyard rows and the surrounding landscape. This motion is paired with a restrained, modern colour palette drawn from wine tones, native greens, and natural materials, creating a system that feels grounded, elegant, and quietly confident.

Developed at We Are Bullet for DevCore Property Group, this project involved leading the initial brand concept and visual identity, with responsibility across graphic systems and rollout. The work has since been refined for this case study, returning to the original logo direction and evolving selected elements to align more closely with my design approach. The final system bridges heritage and contemporary living through a restrained palette, architectural typography, and a sweeping graphic language drawn from the surrounding vineyards.
